Dating

I have always been perplexed by dating… (well I don’t date anymore given I’ve been in a committed relationship for over two years and engaged for three months :) actually the main frustration felt by myself when I was dating and most guys I know is where to go to meet women?
What I’ve been observing lately is that men shouldn’t been thinking about this as a “where do I go to meet women, but where do women go to meet men?” Think about it, women are much better at this sort of thing and women are looking for men as much as men are looking for women. But here’s the kicker, women don’t go to a knitting shop to look for men, they don’t go the nail salon to look for men, they go where the men are. Bars, Clubs, Sports bars, sporting events, etc…
So guys, if you are looking for a girl, go to a bar. Better yet go to a nice restaurant with a bar in it. You know what they are and where they are, just go do it.
Of course I wish I knew half about dating and relationships when I was 16 as I do now. But considering that I found the girl of my dreams that I am going to marry I must have done something right.
