So Christina, like oh so many in Los Angeles, drives an Explorer she bought last December. Last night while stuck in traffic at Trader Joes I convinced her to drive over the curb to escape.
Now I must admit, I really enjoy her car. Ford really has this SUV thing down. It’s comfortable, nice to drive, good visability, etc… And she bought the two wheel drive V6.
So as we are going over this little curb, I am thinking to myself, how many people in this city driving SUVs with four wheel drive like the H2 that can traverse a 16″ vertical barrier that wouldn’t even dream of going over a little curb. It made me smile.
