Police in Oakland say teenage boys are pimping even younger girls, convincing kids as young as 12 to sell their bodies.
Sgt. James Kelly of the special crimes section says the young pimps — aged 15 and up — are getting their recruits from middle schools, and they are promising their prostitutes a wealthy lifestyle. But in reality, Kelly says, the young girls are getting very little.
