Internap Needs a Clue

Wow – I just had one of the most amazing conversations this morning with Internap this morning. I have been thinking about paying the crazy fee to run Internap bandwidth for my VoIP service (so that way I don’t have to worry or be responsible for the connectivity – VoIP is extremely finicky about paketloss and jitter and with Level3′s madness in LA lately I don’t want to deal with it). Anyways after speaking with the Sales Rep this morning it comes out that they do not have access/facilities in either of the two major NAPs in Los Angeles – no One Wilshire, no Equinix. Why in gods name would you be selling bandwidth in this City and not be in these facilities? It just doesn’t make any sense.
